The cat named Koocheh

Koocheh means alley — a narrow side street, the kind of place where the real life of a city happens away from the main road. It was also the name of a cat: independent, full of character, completely herself.

She is the reason the brand exists, and the reason it carries her name. After she passed, Koocheh became a way to keep her spirit around — her calm, her curiosity, the way she made an ordinary afternoon feel like something.

Part of what we do goes toward the wellbeing of cats, including those facing illness and cancer. It feels right that a brand named after a cat should look after them.
